Individual therapy is a one-on-one experience tailored to your unique needs and goals. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and take place weekly or biweekly. Whether you’re seeking short-term support for a specific issue or long-term work for deeper healing and personal growth, we’ll set a pace that feels right for you.
